This ongoing project provides multi-faceted support to a marginalised community. Its objectives include:
- Enhancing awareness at the family level regarding education health, nutrition, and overall well-being.
- Increasing social awareness and strengthening community cohesion.
- Improving educational awareness and increasing enrolment, attendance, and retention of indigenous children in informal education.
- Empowering women through increased participation in decision-making processes, capacity development, and leadership opportunities.
- Improving access to livelihood guidance, skills development, and income-generating opportunities to enhance household economic resilience.
This project has benefited many parents of local families, and recently, the local community successfully stopped child marriage in a village. Discussions against drugs, child and women abuse have also been conducted.
This is a multi-year project.
